We want you to be happy with your restored photos. This policy explains how credits and refunds work.
Failed jobs are never charged
If a paid job fails, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically. You are only ever charged for results we successfully deliver.
Technically broken results
If a delivered result is technically broken (e.g. corrupt file), contact [email protected] within 7 days. We will re-run the job or return the credits.
AI is an estimate, not a guarantee
Because AI colorization estimates realistic colors rather than reproducing exact historical ones, dissatisfaction with creative/colour choices is not by itself a defect. We still read every message and aim to be fair.
EU right of withdrawal (digital content)
Credits are digital content supplied on request. When you start a paid job, you ask us to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that, to the extent the credits have been used, the 14-day right of withdrawal for that consumed portion no longer applies. Unused credits may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. This does not affect your other statutory rights. You can withdraw using the button in your account or by contacting us.
